From the navigation menu, you can add new users/staff to this system. When adding user, you need to specify their department and role in this system. But before adding users, make sure that you have created:
- Department – From Settings->Departments
- Roles – From Settings-> User Roles
Alternatively, you can opt to import users too. Only CSV files are supported for import. The format has to be in the format attached below.

Note: if users with email address similar to the one provided in the import is found, their details will be updated with the new ones.
From users overview, you can edit, deleted and deactivate a user..
Once a user is deactivated, they cannot login to the system until their accounts are activated by admin or another user who has permission to manage users.
