The default platform language is English but you can create your own language as your need. All you need is to:

Openapp/language/- then copy the english folder and rename it to your custom language name, open the renamed folder and rename the english.php file with the same name as its folder.
- Open your new custom language file and update the descriptions inside double quotes as shown below.
- After you are done updating, login to your system and your new language will now be visible.
