From the navigation menu Entries->New entry

You can add an entry of only sellable products.

You need also to specify Sales Agent who will be awarded a commission when the entry is won.

When adding an entry you need to specify Expected Pay Day field which is used to specify when an invoice attached to it expires.

Next Contact is specified to notify you when to remind the customer of the entry.

After adding an entry, you are also required to generate an invoice to facilitate payment from the customer.

You can Edit, Transfer Delete, Comment, Add invoice and Record payments from entry’s overview.

When an entry is added, an email send also to the customer based on Email Template status.
